It's very wonderful news from HCL Business. HCL Company has committed to giving bonuses. HCL 's Chief Human Resources Officer, Apparao VV, said HCL would not take back any of the expected bonuses and benefits from last year, so will be honored.
HCL Technologies would not cut 150,000 wages for its workers. It even invests as it tries to cope with a downturn in Business due to the crippling effects of the coronavirus pandemic. Another positive news from the HCL career is that it would respect the nearly 15,000 job offers already made to freshers as Company had previously said.
Apparao VV, chief HR officer said, "We have not seen any projects cancel but onboard new projects have been delayed. However, we 're seeing a lot of green shoots; we have 5,000 open requirements today, and in some places, we 're recruiting healthy, neutral, and optimistic (places).
On the other hand, IT-BPM companies including Infosys, Wipro, TCS, WNS, and others have delayed pay hikes and put off promotions as they see business growth volatility across key markets but no wage reductions.
