CSS Corp Rolls Out Pay Hikes This Quarter, and To Recruit 1000 Workers


For its 7000 odd employees, CSS Corp carried out a high-single-digit pay hike at a time when most of its big-tech business peers and BPM firms agreed to delay raises and promotions.

However, by the end of June, the firm plans to hire 1000 workers across markets. CSS Corp has also paid 100 percent of the variable wage to the majority of its workers.

"We are in challenging times and the organization has responded very resiliently in moving to a 100 percent WFH model early in the cycle. And it was vital for us to ensure they are positive about their future. In the lower classes, which make up 70 percent of the workers, the variable payout was 100 percent and the payout was around 80 percent at higher rates, where metrics are slightly higher. We distributed promotions to all deserving employees, "said Nishikant Nigam, Head of Delivery and HR, CSS Corp.

Above all, CSS Corp, which enabled 100 percent of its employees to provide services remotely, provided special opportunities for those employees who played a key role in the March shift from work to homes.

CSS Corp will also carry out on-board virtual fresh hire scheduled for India and other countries.
